helpful staff nice bed perfect location
the staff were helpful and serviceminded. the room was great! the bed was nice. the location was perfect though the parking was expensive.

adequate stay but some issues
unreliable wifi rattling air conditioning
the wifi was unreliable. i struggled to maintain a stable connection during video calls. also, the air conditioning unit in my room made a rattling sound throughout the night. it disrupted my sleep. a maintenance check would have been helpful. there was also a stain on the curtains.

coffee facilities helpful staff
I enjoyed the room. it included tea and coffee facilities as well as toiletries. The location was also very walkable to the la rambla area, which i appreciated. the staff seemed friendly and helpful when i asked for directions! the weather was beautiful . but the pool area was a great sun trap, so i could relax.
The bed cover seemed a bit short. it did not fully cover the bed. This was a slight inconvenience.
